Why do I like Zoho Crm ?
Zoho Crm is an internet customer relationship management (CRM / CRM) service.
It is part of a bouquet of more than 30 services, like the Google universe.
However, the zoho sites platform is the only one, to my knowledge, to offer a CRM tool.
13 main reasons why I like this tool
it is free (and without advertising)
3 users can connect to it (perfect for small businesses that want to try a CRM tool),
it is in French (interface in English, configurable in French, some terms remain in English but nothing too bad)
creating fields and drop-down lists
display or not of certain functionalities
pipe line sales …
bulk import of your contacts
mass update of information (very useful when you have just done an emailing and you want all the accounts to reflect the information)
he flirts with the social CRM (search the names on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn; very practical)
integrated reports and dashboards to a certain extent (more parameters = paid versions)
interfaceable with your Google Account
Clickable phone number for a Skype call
management of email (2) and mail templates
a counter ans the call function, very convenient for telemarketing
Internet access service = accessible from any machine (laptop, digital tablet, smartphone, Mac)
What are the disadvantages?
I see four:
no emailing in the free version (but sending mail is possible by clicking on the email address)
backup of the paid database (10 € per backup, bypassed by the export function of your data, which really seems to export everything, including your notes and history from the fields “description”)
the paranos, go your way, SaaS zoho sites mode requires, you do not know where your data are stored in the world (Zoho is a company “American-Indian”)
hot line and tutorials in English, it can block some (contournable by some videos on Youtube in French that can understand the philosophy of the product)
The free version can evolve to 3 other paid versions . Prices are attractive compared to its competitor SalesForce (7 day trial possible).
Here, I hope you have wanted to test this CRM. His services are rare and very interesting for a free tool.
